We're hiring!

Open position(s):

Better Collective's vision is to empower iGamers - by leading the way in transparency and technology.

About

The company is still rooted in Copenhagen and continues to be a first mover within the industry. In 2011, 2012 and 2013, the company was awarded a Børsen Gazelle Award and named one of the fastest growing companies in Denmark.

Today, we have 46 passionate and highly skilled employees as well as more than 40 freelancers around the world. They all work to shape the best possible products, content and design and to ensure transparency for consumers in the online entertainment industry.

A solid financial foundation

Better Collective has succeeded in continually expanding its portfolio and increasing traffic to our sites. This has resulted in a strong growth, funded entirely from self-financing.

Better Collective has attained a position as market leader. Our aim is to strengthen this position through further internationalization of bettingexpert.com and continued development of our products. We will constantly improve our connection to people seeking knowledge and the best value in online betting.

Better Collective is a company with global ambitions.

Our vision is to empower iGamers by leading the way in transparency and technology.

We have accomplished significant growth through our expertise within iGaming and our position as a trustworthy link between consumers and betting and gambling sites.

On our website bettingexpert.com and our 200 other sites, we are collecting and qualifying knowledge about betting and gambling. In this way, we are helping people to find the best odds, offers and bonus schemes.

We are a technology based company with a deep understanding of online consumer behavior, search marketing and affiliate marketing. We operate across several languages and are constantly expanding. Read more about our current projects here.

Our business model is based on affiliate marketing. This means that our revenue stems from the traffic, our sites channels to betting and gambling sites.

A history of growth

Better Collective was founded in 2004 by Jesper Søgaard and Christian Dam Rasmussen in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Values

Innovative

Within our business areas, we strive to be better, faster, and more efficient. We are curious, and we question everything in order to be innovative. Most important of all – we dare to take chances!

Dedication & Commitment

In Better Collective we are dedicated and committed to our individual work tasks, to the company in general, and to make sure that going to work is always a pleasure and never a chore. Loyalty is key.

Competency

In our common eagerness to be the best, we know how important it is to keep developing and improving both our individual competences and our strengths as a team. Literally we go around the world to obtain the best knowledge and research.

Our Most Important Asset

In Better Collective every single employee is unique. Everybody from the management team to the student workers perform important tasks that are essential for the company’s ongoing success.

Respect

About:
Though it might not be obvious at first glance, Steph is a female geek - or as she prefers; cukey (cute + geeky). She loves creating new features for our sites and considers it a matter of course to make everything flexible, user-friendly and future-proof. Steph also believes that as long as you do something you love, it's not really work.
