Key Account and Relations Manager

Better Collective is an international award-winning company developing, marketing and producing content for the web. We are looking for an energetic and charismatic Key Account and Relations Manager for our Business Development team to help us speed up our continuing growth.

THE ROLE

As Key Account and Relations Manager in Better Collective's Business Development department, you ensure that Better Collective maintains and builds the strongest relationships with our external partners.

You will be managing key accounts, and given responsibility for most of the DACH markets.

You will be a key part in Better Collective's fast growing partner base, and will work closely together with both our Business Development team as well as other departments around Europe.

As you will be responsible for our relationships, you are expected to be on the road for several days a month – both in Copenhagen and on other locations in Europe. Your base location is preferably Vienna, Austria but negotiable.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and improve key accounts
  • Develop new accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the industry
  • Ensure Better Collective is ahead of the game in the DACH markets

 

YOU

Ideally you are native in either German and have experience from the iGaming industry, potentially as affiliate manager.

 

  • You have experience in key account managing or sales
  • You have a strong affiliate business understanding
  • You have experience working with CRM
  • You are independent and able to work alone
  • You have a positive attitude towards focusing on high goals, without forgetting small details
  • You have a structured approach to day to day tasks
  • You are a strong communicator
  • You have a good understanding of people and are able to identify their their needs
  • You are passionate about working with sportsbetting and casino.
